Allergen Statement From the Manager:

Q: Can you please provide a brief statement about the importance of food allergen safety at your restaurant?

A: We take food allergies very seriously here. We frequently get people through our line that mention getting a “fresh scoop”. If you have a nut allergy which is most common, we have strict procedures that we follow.

We take a scoop freshly through wash go to back and get fresh tub of ice cream. If not serious we do not accept that answer, we still follow our strict procedure.

If someone says it is not a serious allergy we still follow our strict procedure.

Q: Do you have any specialty items for people with food allergies?

A: We also have a lactose free ice cream available.

For those with a dairy allergy, we have a pre-packaged Italian Ice that comes in four flavors.

Q: Is there any other information you would like your customers to know:

A: We have all ingredients listed on labels so people can see what potential food allergies are included in a product.
