Allergen Statement From the Manager:
Q: Can you please provide a brief statement about the importance of food allergen safety at your restaurant?
A: Washing hands, Change gloves, Use clean utensils and clean pizza cutters.
Q: Do you have any procedures for those with food allergies?
A: When ordering, the customer should let us know of any food allergies. We wipe down surfaces to prevent cross contamination.
Q: According to the FDA the Top 8 food allergies are: Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat and Soybeans. Do you use these ingredients in your restaurant and is it safe for someone with this allergy to eat at your restaurant?
A: It is a small kitchen. Everything is cooked on one grill. We use completely clean pans and spatulas.
- Dairy: We do use cheese. We have dairy free cheese available and keep it separate from dairy. 
- Eggs: We have a gluten friendly crust with no eggs. 
- Fish: No fish in the restaurant. 
- Shellfish: No Shellfish in the restaurant. 
- Tree nuts: No tree nuts in the restaurant. 
- Peanuts: No peanuts in the restaurant. 
- Wheat: Gluten free and Cauliflower pizza crusts are available. 
- Soy: No soybeans.
